I've been kinda stressed out over some stupid stuff the past week or two, so I've been trying to think of things that make me happy whenever I'm about to explode, just to keep my mind off everything. I started off making a mental list, but then it kept getting longer and longer, so I figured I'd write down what I could think of. Here are my top 50, in no particular order :D

1. Laughing so hard you start to cry

2. My family

3. The smell of homemade bread

4. Anything bright and colorful

5. Sitting by the fire first thing in the morning during winter

6. Snuggies

7. Music that seems like it was made just for me

8. Being in nature - when its not a billion degrees outside

9. Anything crafty

10. Getting butterflies in my stomach

11. When someone truly smiles - the kind of smile that you can see in their eyes that brightens anything around

12. Old, broken down houses and cars - they have so much character!

13. Driving the 303 while the sun is setting

14. The smell of winter

15. Dreams that feel cometely real

16. Long talks with my mom about anything and everything

17. Bear hugs that make it hard to breathe

18. Crying - as weird as it sounds, its actually one of my biggest stress relievers

19. Meeting people who you instantly connect with

20. Awkward moments

21. Doing things that make me feel like a kid again

22. Going through old junk

23. Old christmas traditions with my sisters

24. The natural bridge

25. Laying on trampolines and watching the sky

26. Cheesy, predictable chick flicks

27. Smelling every candle in the grocery store

28. Being with people who dont care that im weird

29. Rereading a book that i love over and over

31. cars that look like they have faces on the back

32. Coloring

33. When little kids belly laugh

38. Getting that little nudge to call someone, only to find out they're in need of a pick me up

39. How your stomach goes into your throat when you go over a big bump in the car

40. Any baby animal - they're so cute!

45. Dancing or singing insanely loud when I'm home alone

46. Craft stores & the dollar store

47. Seek & find games, books, etc. (like I Spy)

48. Singing along to kids shows theme songs

49. Running around outside and going insane on the rare occasions when it actually rains in 
Arizona

and last, but not least....

50. Sitting in my backyard and watching the traffic light change through the tree branches
